TERMS + CONDITIONS

LAUNDRY POP PROVIDES LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR WASH AND FOLD CUSTOMERS. THE FOLLOWING TERMS + CONDITIONS WILL BE ADHERED TO BY LAUNDRY POP. LAUNDRY POP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS + CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Limited Liability

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to Laundry Pop within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup. Claims made after forty-eight (48) hours will not be accepted.

Laundry Pop exercises reasonable care in processing all garments and household items. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal laundering of items with inherent weaknesses or defects, including but not limited to weak fabrics, prior damage, aged materials, loose seams, embellishments, fading, shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric failure.

Laundry Pop is not responsible for items left in pockets or laundry bags, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, watches, electronics, pens, lipstick, gum, or other personal belongings. Customers are responsible for emptying all pockets prior to service. Laundry Pop is not liable for damage caused by items left in garments.

Wash and fold orders are processed by weight and are not individually itemized or counted upon intake. Laundry Pop’s liability for alleged missing items is limited to items verified by Laundry Pop as lost during processing.

Customers should not include items of extraordinary value, including but not limited to designer garments, luxury items, heirlooms, irreplaceable textiles, or specialty fabrics. Such items are processed entirely at the customer’s risk unless separately disclosed to and accepted by Laundry Pop in writing.

In the rare event that Laundry Pop determines an item was damaged or lost during processing, Laundry Pop’s liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50) per garment, regardless of brand, condition, or original purchase price. Total liability per order shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150).

Charges for completed services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or determined by Laundry Pop in its sole discretion.

Delicate Items / Special Care Items

Laundry Pop is not responsible for shrinkage, bleeding, tearing, discoloration, or other damage to delicate or specialty items, including but not limited to silk, wool, lace, rayon, linen, cashmere, or garments labeled “Dry Clean Only” or “Hand Wash Only.”

Items labeled “Dry Clean Only” or “Hand Wash Only” should not be included in standard wash and fold bags. If included, such items will be processed as standard laundry at the customer’s sole risk.

Large rugs, rubber-backed rugs, comforters, pillows, pet beds, and bulky household items may be refused or processed at the customer’s risk due to the potential for machine damage or item damage.

Stains, Odors, and Contaminated Items

Laundry Pop does not guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, pet hair, or heavily soiled materials.

Laundry Pop reserves the right to refuse service for items contaminated with excessive mold, mildew, bodily fluids, insects, hazardous materials, or other unsafe substances.

Pickup + Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is ready and accessible for scheduled pickup.

A missed pickup fee of fifteen dollars ($15) may be charged if laundry is not available at the scheduled time. Drivers may wait up to five (5) minutes before proceeding to the next stop.

Estimated pickup and delivery windows are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, traffic, operational volume, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside of Laundry Pop’s control.

If Laundry Pop is unable to complete a pickup or delivery due to incorrect address information, lack of access, customer unavailability, gate or security issues, pets, or unsafe conditions, a re-delivery or service fee may apply.

If the customer authorizes unattended pickup or delivery, including leaving orders outside a residence, in a locker, mailroom, garage, with a front desk, or other unsecured location, the customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage once the order has been picked up or delivered as instructed.

Laundry Pop is not responsible for missing or damaged items from orders left in unsecured or unattended locations.

Payments

By placing an order, the customer authorizes Laundry Pop to charge the payment method on file for all services, fees, adjustments, taxes, missed pickup fees, re-delivery fees, and applicable surcharges.

Orders with unpaid balances may be delayed, withheld, or canceled until payment is received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices, receipts, and order notifications for accuracy. Any disputes regarding services, pricing, or order contents must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not claimed within thirty (30) days may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Commercial Accounts

Commercial accounts may be subject to separate service agreements, pricing structures, turnaround times, and liability limitations.

General

Laundry Pop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including unsafe working conditions, unsanitary items, abusive behavior, or repeated violations of these Terms + Conditions.

Any dispute arising from services provided by Laundry Pop shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Missed Pick-up Fee

The customer is responsible for ensuring laundry bags are ready/visible for collection. A fifteen dollar ($15) fee is assessed in the event that a pickup is missed by the customer. Laundry Pop drivers will wait for a period of five (5) minutes before proceeding to the next pick-up destination.
