How much does it cost?

Pickup and Delivery - It couldn't be more simple. Pay as you go with our Laundry Pop laundry on demand Plan. Our expert attendants will weigh your laundry and separate out any items that are priced separately.

Wash + Fold - In-store pay by the pound. When you drop off your clothes our expert attendants will weigh your laundry and separate out any items that are priced separately. Prices are base on requested turnaround times and any special requests.

What are your pickup and delivery time slots?

Sign in here, or on the app to choose your delivery time. We currently offer pick up and delivery routes every day 7pm-9pm. We are constantly working to expand and update our service area and delivery times so check in often.

Who is responsible for items left in pockets, damaged clothes?

Please check your pockets and empty them before you send your clothes to be washed. We will always do everything we can to prevent damage, and in the case of garments that are damaged from customer oversight of items left in pockets, we try very hard to fix what we can at no charge. However, we are not responsible for any damage due to customer oversight. Give those pockets one more check before you hand us your bags!

I don't understand the pricing, can I get a refund?

We handle all refunds on a case by case basis. Pricing is clearly laid out online and on the app. Laundry Pop does not issue refunds solely on the basis of not understanding the pricing structure. If you have questions or need more explanation, please contact support before you call for a pickup.

Can I customize my laundry preference?

We offer customizations for detergent, softener, bleach, hang-dry, folding preferences, you name it. We want you to love your laundry!

Do you charge for special requests?

Some special requests include a charge. Log into your account to see what might apply. Some common items include:

  • $.10/lb Fabric softener
  • $.10/lb Bleach
  • $.20/lb Separate Clothes
  • $1/item Hang Dry
  • $5/ Replacement Bag
  • $15/ Missed pickup

Can I put anything I want in my bag?

We ask that everything must be able to be washed and dried and is not too fragile. Items we do not accept for cleaning:

  • Belts
  • Furs
  • Feathers & animal products
  • Gowns
  • Wedding dresses
  • Non-sneaker shoes
  • Rugs with rubber backs
  • Leather
  • Purses
  • Handbags

Items contaminated with:

  • Human or animal fluids
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Mildew
  • Bedbugs
  • Poison
  • Ivy/Oak oils
  • Hazardous chemicals

Can I get a replacement bag?

Absolutely! If you need a new laundry bag, we will provide one with your next order for $5. Let us know in your order notes, or ask your driver at pick up.

Do I need to be home for Pickup & Delivery?

Nope. Most people prefer to just leave their clothes out for our driver. We offer contact-less delivery. Provide us with detailed instructions when you place your order. See our Pickup & Delivery Tips for more info.

Is there a minimum order for Pickip & Delivery orders?

There is a minimum $40 order for Pickup & Delivery orders and a standard service fee per order.

When am I charged?

The driver will pick up your oder and return to our store where your order will be weighed and processed. You will be charged at this time. Delivery of clothes will occur after payment has been recieved.

What is the turn around time?

Pick up + Delivery orders will typically be delivered within 24 hours of pick up. In store Wash + Fold orders can be processed within 24 hours, by the end of day, or rush 4 hr service, and are priced according to the service requested. Exceptions apply for specialty and large sized orders. Talk to us if you have any questions or special needs.

How do I know if I'm in your delivery zone?

Sign up for an account. Once you enter your address you will be notified if our services reach your area. You can also check out our "Service Area" link at the bottom of our site to see a general map of our delivery area.

Can I place an order by text message?

Yes, You can place an order simply by texting the word “Pickup” to (323) 366-4601, and an order will be placed for the next available pickup/delivery window.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can link your credit card right into your Laundry Pop account. We accept all major credit cards.

Do business owners or Airbnb hosts get discounted pricing?
